Techniques to acquire and analyze biological images are central life science. However, the workflow downstream of imaging can be complex involve several tools, leading creation very specialized scripts pipelines that difficult reproduce by other users. Although many commercial open-source software available, non-expert users often challenged a knowledge gap in setting up analysis selecting correct tools for extracting data from images. Moreover, significant share everyday image requires simple such as precise segmentation, cell counting, recording fluorescent intensities. Hence, there is need user-friendly platforms do not require extensive prior on bioimage or coding. We set out create has straightforward interface covers common tasks object segmentation analysis, practical, reproducible, modular fashion. envision our being useful cultured cells, histological sections, high-content data.
